144 grams Haritaki - Terminalia Chebula

48 grams Saugandhika(Gandaka) - Purified sulphur               

144 grams Kaushika(Shudda guggulu) - Commiphora mukul      

192 grams Eranda Tail (Castor Oil) - Oil of Ricinus communis     

Method:

First prepare the kashayam or decoction by adding the triphala ingredients in coarse powder form.

Boil the water to reduce the decoction to ¼ of the volume.

Then, filter the liquid and add the castor oil while heating the filtrate.

Next add purified sulphur and guggulu into the filtrate.

Keep stirring until the formulation concentrates and becomes solid.

Use your palm to roll the solid substance into tablets or gutikas.

Keep it under direct sunlight to remove excess moisture.

Store the tablets in amber-coloured glass jars for future use.
