Methods:

Wash all the herbal ingredients and keep it aside.

Extract fresh juice from onion bulbs and aloe vera leaves.

Grind the shatavari root and leaves to get the kalka or paste.

Take the coconut oil in a large bottom boiler.

Add all the herbal ingredients, juices and pastes to it.

Boil it completely with occasional stirring till only the oil remains and everything has mashed up.

Filter the oil to remove the plant parts.

Pour the oil in a glass bottle and store it in a cool, dry place for future use.

  • Coconut oil being the base oil has a tendency to solidify at temperatures below 20°C, hence it is preferable to warm the oil before use.
