How To Make Lavangadi Vati?
Ingredients
Laung (clove) -1 part
Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) – 1 part
Bibhitaki (Bahera) – 1 part
Katha (Catechu extract) – 3 parts
Babul bark – as required
In a stone, mortar add all the first 4 ingredients and make a fine powder.
Prepare decoction taking 1part of babul bark and 10 parts of water in a pan, boil well until decoction reduces to ¼ part, filter the concoction, and allow it to cool.
Add this decoction in a mortar with a herbal mixture, grind to a fine powder using pestle for about 12 hours.
Then make it to tablets each of a pea-size.
