Ingredients:

1 part each of:

Shilajatu Shuddha

Yashthimadhu

Shunthi (Rz.)

Marica (Fr.)

Pippali (Fr.)

Tapya (Makshika bhasma)

6 parts Lauha raja (bhasma)

Method:

Wash and sun-dry all the herbs separately

Powder them and pass them through a sieve to remove impurities

Mix an equal proportion of the powdered herbs along with iron ash or lauha bhasma

Subject the mixture to Bhavana using prescribed liquids

Dry the mixture again 

Roll them up into tablet or gutika form or simply keep them in powder form

Store it in a cool dry place inside airtight amber-coloured bottles for future use
