Green apple and potato fry

 Ingredients

 3 peeled and chopped medium-sized green apples

2  peeled and diced medium-sized potatoes

1 finely chopped onion

2 tomatoes -pureed

2 slit  green chilies

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Red chili powder as per taste

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

A pinch of cinnamon powder

Salt to taste

3 tbsp oil

A bunch of freshly chopped coriander leaves to garnish

Method

Peel and chop the green apples into small pieces

Peel and dice the potatoes into small edible pieces as well

In a pan, heat the oil add cumin seeds, and let them splutter

Add the onion and sauté until it becomes golden brown

Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Mix well and cook for some time
