Marigold And Yogurt Face Pack

Ingredients:

3-4 marigold flowers

1 tbsp yoghurt

2 tsp sandalwood powder

1tsp lemon juice

Method:

Soak the marigold flowers in a little amount of water for 20 minutes.

Pour all the ingredients along with the soaked marigold flowers in a blender and make a paste of it.

Apply the face pack all over the face and neck.

Let it dry for 20-30 minutes.

Wash off with cool water.

Rose And Almond Oil Moisturiser

Ingredients:

2 cups of dried rose petals

10 tbsp almond oil

1-2 tbsp shea butter 

1 tbsp beeswax

1 tbsp lanolin

2 vitamin E capsules

4-5 drops of rosehip seed oil 

Method:

Grind the dry rose petals and 3-4 tbsp of almond oil in a blender.

Pour the mixture in a microwave and heat it for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a piece of muslin cloth and squeeze in the oil from the mixture in a small bowl.

Melt shea butter, beeswax, and lanolin in a double boiler.

Once it comes to boil, switch it off and cool it down.

Add the extracted rose oil to the melted cream.

Crack open the vitamin E capsules and add the vitamin E oil, remaining almond oil and rosehip seed oil to the melted cream. 

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender.

Pour in a glass vessel and store it in the refrigerator for future use.

15 hibiscus flowers

10 curry leaves

1 cup of coconut oil

¼ cup castor oil

Method:

Wash the hibiscus flowers and curry leaves and then grind them into a fine paste.

Heat the coconut oil and castor oil in a boiler and add the floral paste to it.

Heat for a couple of minutes, turn off the flame and cover the pan with a lid to allow the oil to cool.

After cooling, take the required quantity of oil for instant use and store the rest in a jar or bottle for future use.

Massage the oil onto your scalp and throughout the hair strands with your fingertips

Wrap a warm towel over your hair and wait for 30 minutes.

Wash off the hair using a mild shampoo.
