Disciplined Life:

Akshay leads an extremely disciplined life, and his mantra is to sleep early and wake up early. He is one of the few Bollywood stars who hates partying late. His day starts at 5.30 am and he sleeps by 9 pm. “I love my sleep and mornings. I hate night shifts,” he revealed during his interview on Koffee With Karan.

Fitness:

Fitness is of paramount importance for this superstar. He practices kickboxing, basketball, goes for trekking and practises Yoga to maintain a mind-body balance. If he doesn’t get time to practice martial arts, he climbs stairs. He reportedly climbed 74 floors in Singapore while shooting for the movie Singh Is King. His advice is to walk at least an hour daily.

Diet:

A chef-turned-actor, Akshay Kumar doesn’t follow any diet. He loves ‘ghar ka khaana’ and he eats dinner early. He’s never had coffee or tea till date. Akshay’s breakfast consists of parathas with a glass of milk, mid-day snack is bowl full of fruits, roti, dal, vegetables, chicken with curd for lunch, soup, salads and vegetables for dinner. The actor neither smokes nor drinks.

Go Natural:

The actor doesn’t believe in health fads and goes by traditional medicine. He follows Ayurveda and natural therapies. “Nothing works better than turmeric mixed in milk in treating sore throat. Start your day with warm water and honey to remain fit,” he says.
