As much as we treasure our skin, our daily working life, pollution, and other environmental hazards plug the skin pores and steal away the natural radiance of the skin. Exfoliation is perhaps the best way to deal with blocked pores, remove dead skin cells and get a rejuvenated look. Although we take care of our face, religiously practice CTM or Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturising, but most of the time we forget that we also need to exfoliate the other body parts to remove dirt and dead cells from our arms, legs, and back. While some may even exfoliate the face, the skin overall remains deprived of this beauty practice. Also Read: Homemade Face Scrubs To Revamp Your Skin

Most beauty experts strongly suggest that exfoliation must be included in the beauty regime to take care of the skin which is exposed to the harsh environment, pollution, suntan, etc. The abrasive and exfoliative nature of the scrub when used or massaged gently on the skin helps to get rid of grime particles blocking the skin pores, leaving a soft, smooth younger-looking skin.
