2 cups apple cubes (unpeeled)
1/2 cup sliced bananas
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup finely chopped dates
2 tsp chopped apricots
2 tsp raisins
Fistful of berries like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
For The Dressing
1/4 tsp lemon rind
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp chat masala
1 tsp powdered sugar
Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl, place all cut fruits, berries and drizzle with generous amounts of dressing.
Toss well. Chill it in the refrigerator for an hour and serve chilled.

In a bowl, place watermelon cubes and orange slices. Toss gently.
Sprinkle mint leaves and chopped almonds.
Pour the prepared dressing and sprinkle salt.
Refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
