Shishito Chat 

Ingredients 

15 shishito peppers 

1 tbsp olive oil 

A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

1 tsp chaat masala

A pinch of sugar

1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 

Method

Take a pan with oil in it and heat it over a medium flame

Remove at the point where it starts smoking

Add shishito peppers, and mix nicely until the peppers are coated in oil

Saute for about a minute or two until the shishito starts to expand.

When all the peppers are roasted, add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and toss again

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle the chaat masala
