½ cup coconut flour

3 eggs

¾ cup coconut milk

Method

Beat eggs well with an electric beater.

Add coconut milk, honey and vanilla essence, blend well with a spatula

Add coconut flour, baking soda, salt and mix well. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.

Heat a tawa, grease with oil and pour a ladle full of batter and spread in a circular motion. Cook both sides on a medium flame till it turns golden brown.

1 cup coconut flour

Method

In a bowl take butter, sugar and beat until the mixture turns creamy.

Sieve wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add coconut flour to the butter mixture.

Add milk, vanilla extract and make it into a dough.

Cover and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.

Take a ball sized dough and flatten slightly.

Place it on a cookie tray and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
