Eczema is a skin condition that indicates symptoms like itching, elevated plaques of red, bumpy skin, raised tiny blisters containing clear fluid. In chronic eczema, the blisters are less prominent, but the skin gets thickened, dry, dark elevated with scaly patches. Eczemas are of two types- exogenous eczema and endogenous eczema. Exogenous eczema is treated symptomatically while endogenous needs medication. Eczema can be cured with moisturization, bath oils, ointments and medicated creams.
