3 tbsp yoghurt

Pinch of turmeric

Method:

Blend the besan, masoor dal, yoghurt and turmeric into coarse paste.

Apply it evenly all over your body.

Gently scrub every part in circular motions for 5 minutes.

Wash off with a wet cotton cloth.
