12 gms Shweta and Krishna Trivrit – Operculina Turpethum

12 gms Vaividang / Embelia ribes – Embelia Ribes

12 gms Amaltas / Nipadruma – Cassia fistula

12 gms Saptala – Acacia sinuata

12 gms Danti – Baliospermum montanum

Method:

Wash and dry grind the herbs separately

Mix all the herbs in the ghee in a container

Put it on flame and simmer the mixture until only the Ghee remains

Leave it for several hours to cool down

Use a cotton muslin cloth or filter paper to separate the Brahmi Ghrita from the herbal residue

Pour it in an amber-coloured glass jar for future use
