Oncologists worldwide agree that eating these following foods will play a havoc with your health and may lead to the deadliest disease.
Processed Meats/Red Meat
Bacon, hot dogs, sausages, and processed meats have been shown to increase the risk of cancer. These foods are loaded with sodium nitrate, a type of salt which can cause a chemical reaction in the cells that are known to increase the risk of cancer. Consuming huge quantity of red meat results in inflammation of the cells and ups the cancer risk.
Genetically Modified Foods(GMO)
GMO foods are flooding their way into our food, almost 90% of corn and soy are genetically modified. These foods have been modified to great extent and are grown using glyphosate, a bug killing pesticide which can cause cancer.
Refined Sugar
The biggest culprit of all the cancer-causing foods is refined sugar and food made with them. High source of sugar is source of insulin spike which feed on the cancer cells. Majority of the sugar is refined from genetically modified sugar beets.
Diet Foods
Today’s health fad is all about diets like low-fat, fat-free or sugar-free these missing ingredients are mostly replaced with harmful chemicals like artificial sweeteners, artificial colours, flavour and many more can lead to cancer.
Canned Food Stuffs
Most of the canned foods are coated with a product called BPA chemical, (Bisphenol A), a cancer-causing component. Most of the foods packed in plastic, thermal paper, and water lines also contain BPA. Avoid eating canned food and go for fresh foods.
