GANFORT EYE DROPS is a combination of Bimatoprost and Timolol which belongs to the group of medicines called Prostaglandin analogs and Beta-blockers respectively. It is used to manage glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
Glaucoma is an eye condition that can cause vision loss and blindness by damaging a nerve in the back of your eye called the optic nerve. Ocular hypertension is an elevated pressure within the eye without damage to any optic nerve and vision loss or blindness.
Before using GANFORT EYE DROPS inform your doctor if you have heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease or any other problems.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using GANFORT EYE DROPS. Inform your doctor if you wear contact lenses before using GANFORT EYE DROPS.
The most common side effects of using GANFORT EYE DROPS are eye redness, burning, itching, stinging, irritation of the conjunctiva, eye pain, dry eye, eye irritation, watery eyes, swollen eyelids, and reduced vision. Contact your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.

GANFORT EYE DROPS works together by reducing the production of liquid and also increasing the amount of liquid that is drained. This reduces the pressure inside the eye.
Use GANFORT EYE DROPS as advised by your physician. It is for ophthalmic use only. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
Headache:
Rest and relax. Drink plenty of fluids such as water or electrolytes. Apply a pain-relieving balm on the head if required. Do not consume too much of alcohol. Consult your doctor if the symptom did not improve.
GANFORT EYE DROPS is generally not recommended for use in pregnant women unless considered clearly necessary. Consult your doctor before using it.
GANFORT EYE DROPS is generally not recommended for use in breastfeeding women as it may pass through the breast milk. Consult your doctor before using it.
Do not drive or operate any machines if you feel blurred vision, dizziness, eyesight problem, after using GANFORT EYE DROPS.
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during management with GANFORT EYE DROPS.
GANFORT EYE DROPS should be used with caution in patients with kidney problems. Consult your doctor before using.

Do not use this medicine if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Bimatoprost or Timolol or beta-blockers or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
GANFORT EYE DROPS is not recommended in patients with respiratory problems such as asthma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (lung disease which may cause wheeziness, difficulty in breathing and/or long-standing cough) or other types of breathing problems.
GANFORT EYE DROPS is not recommended in patients with heart problems such as low heart rate, heart block, or heart failure. It must be used with caution in patients with coronary heart disease (symptoms can include chest pain or tightness, breathlessness or choking) and lower blood pressure.
