FINE NERVE CAPSULE is a combination of Pregabalin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamin), L Methylfolate Calcium, and Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate which belongs to the group of medicines called Anticonvulsants, Antioxidants, and Vitamins, respectively. It is used to manage neuropathic pain (damage/injury to the nerves) in affected individuals.
FINE NERVE CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients allergic to Pregabalin, and/or any other ingredients of this medicine. It is also not recommended for use in patients suffering from drug abuse/dependence.
Before taking FINE NERVE CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you have a history of heart disease, and/or suffering from diabetes, lung problems (such as respiratory disorders), liver problems (such as serious liver disease), and kidney problems (such as serious kidney disease).
FINE NERVE CAPSULE is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is also not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years) and advised to be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above) after consulting the doctor.
The most common side effects of taking FINE NERVE CAPSULE are dizziness, drowsiness, headache, increased appetite, elation, confusion, disorientation, and/or decrease in sexual interest. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms worsens.
FINE NERVE CAPSULE provides relief from neuropathic pain, where pregabalin blocks pain sensation (due to neuropathic pain) by interfering with the pain signals originating from the damaged nerves, alpha lipoic acid reduces neuropathic pain/stress by inhibiting oxidative stress and improving microvascular circulation, and mecobalamin, l methylfolate calcium & pyridoxal 5 phosphate improves cutaneous sensibility and reduces pain (due to neuropathic stress) by increasing nitric oxide synthesis and blood flow to the peripheral nerves thus providing relief from neuropathic pain in affected individuals.
Take FINE NERVE CAPSULE as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
Stop taking FINE NERVE CAPSULE and contact your doctor if you experience any of the following side effects:
Dizziness
Lie down until the dizziness passes and get up slowly. Do not bend down suddenly. Get a lot of rest. Walk slowly and carefully. Take plenty of fluids. Avoid drinking coffee, alcohol, or smoking. Consult your doctor if the condition persists for long or gets worsened.
Headache
Take rest and plenty of water. Avoid taking alcohol and skipping meals. Do not strain your eyes by watching screen for long time. Consult your doctor if the condition persists for long or gets worsened.
Diarrhoea
Drink lots of fluids, such as water to keep yourself hydrated. Try to avoid taking any medicine on your own to manage diarrhoea and consult your doctor if the symptom gets worse.
Constipation
Try to eat more high-fibre foods such as fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, and drink plenty of water. Try doing exercise regularly (going for a daily walk or run). If this does not help, inform your doctor for receiving alternate managements for constipation.
Nausea and vomiting
Try to take FINE NERVE CAPSULE with or just after a meal or a snack. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating rich or spicy food. Consult your doctor if the symptom gets worse.
FINE NERVE CAPSULE is generally not recommended for use during pregnancy and in women planning for pregnancy unless it is clearly necessary. Effective contraception is recommended to be used by women of child-bearing potential while taking this medicine. Consult your doctor before taking the medicine.

Do not drive or operate any machine while taking FINE NERVE CAPSULE since it may cause dizziness, sleepiness, and/or decreased concentration in an individual.
FINE NERVE CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients with a history of alcohol abuse. Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking FINE NERVE CAPSULE since it may alter the effect of the medicine.
