INTRODUCTION ABOUT CONTRACTUBEX GEL

Contractubex Gel is an anti-scar gel used to fade scars caused due to major trauma, accident, injury or surgery. It includes the management of hypertrophic and keloidal scars, movement restricted and cosmetically disfiguring scars after operation, amputation scars, cicatricial strictures, traumatic tendon contractions, burn scars, etc. It contains Extr. Cepae fluid, Heparin and Allantoin as active ingredients.

Extr. Cepae fluid is an anti-scarring agent with anti-inflammatory properties. It works by blocking the activity of certain chemicals within the body that is involved in scar formation following injury or surgery.

Heparin is a blood thinning medication. It promotes healing of scars by boosting the activities of collagen, a substance that helps in synthesizing healthy skin, nails and hair. It also has antiproliferative effects that reduces cells proliferation and reduce scar size in the case of excessive scar formation.

Allantoin soothes skin irritation, moisturises and smoothens your skin, supports faster healing and keeps your skin healthy.

Contractubex Gel should be used under medical supervision. It is for external use only. Gently apply the Contractubex Gel on the affected skin areas and massage until it gets absorbed completely. Avoid contact of this medicine with your eyes, ears, nose and mouth. In case of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of water.
