INTRODUCTION ABOUT CLOHEX MOUTH WASH LIQUID

Clohex Mouth Wash Liquid is an antiseptic mouthwash used to manage gingivitis (gum disease), oral thrush, and dental sores. It is also used to reduce formation of dental plaque and helps in maintaining oral hygiene. It contains Chlorhexidine gluconate as an active ingredient which helps to manage dental plaque and aids in management of mouth and throat infections.  

Chlorhexidine gluconate is a disinfectant and antiseptic agent which inhibits bacterial growth and reduces clinical symptoms of gingivitis thus maintaining oral hygiene.

Use Clohex Mouth Wash as advised by your doctor. It is for oral use only. Remove cap and squeeze until 10ml of solution fills in the dispenser. Rinse vigorously around gums and teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Use mouth wash twice a day or as directed by your physician.   It should be used with caution by pregnant and breastfeeding women. Consult doctor before using the medicine.

Clohex Mouth Wash liquid may cause skin irritation, swelling of salivary glands, and peeling of skin inside the mouth in some individuals. Consult your doctor if you notice any such side effects while using Clohex Mouth Wash liquid.

SAFETY ADVICE

  • Always use Clohex Mouth Wash Liquid as advised by your physician
  • Rinse mouth wash vigorously around gums and teeth for 1 minute and then spit out.
  • Use mouth wash twice a day or as directed by your physician.  
  • Do not use Clohex Mouth Wash Liquid if you are allergic to Chlorhexidine gluconate.
