- Peel the sticker on the bottom of the pad to expose the glue.
- Stick the pad to your underwear.
- Peel the sticker off the flaps/wings of the pad.
- Stick the wings to the bottom part of your underwear.
- To dispose off the used pad, wrap it up and throw it in the paper sleeve provided for each individual pad.
Use the individual paper sleeves provided for each pad to throw the used pads. Do not flush. Throw it in the dustbin.
