Take 30g(3 tbsp) of Manna Health Mix,stir with 300ml(1 1/4 cups) water or milk, so no lumps are formed. Place on stove and bring to boil,stir continuously for 3 minutes to avoid lumps.Add sugar or honey to taste. Serve warm. Variation: Cook with water and serve with thick buttermilk and salt.
