Easum Rice & Moong dal is simple to digest first solid food for babies. It’s a complementary food for infants and shall be introduced only after 6 months and up to the age of 2 years. Easum contains essential nutrients like protein, carbohydrate, medium chain triglycerides, vitamins, minerals and amino acids to provide nutrition to babies. Easum baby cereal is made from quality rice & moong dal flour, pre-cooked and enhanced nutritionally to suit your baby’s tender digestive system. It can be mixed with soups, vegetables, egg and fruits to make a nutritious and tasty solid food for babies.

Boil the water/milk. Leave it to cool down.
Pour the necessary quantity of lukewarm water/milk into a bowl or a plate.
Stir in the recommended quantity of EASUM Rice & Moong Dal until the pap is smooth.
Feed your baby with a clean spoon.

Do not use more scoops than directed, since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant.
Do not use fewer scoops than directed, since diluted feeds will not provide adequate nutrients needed by your infants.
On opening this pack, the contents along with the laminate pouch should immediately be transferred to an empty, clean, dry and airtight container.
Replace the lid tightly after each use and store it in a cool dry place.
After opening use the contents within 3 weeks or the expiry date whichever is earlier.
