Complan Pista Badam Refill Pack has 2X Milk Protein which helps in children's growth development and maintenance of the body. It provides all 9 essential amino acids which are indispensable amino acids and essential part of any dietary protein requirement of the human body. Protein helps in the repair and replacement of body tissues and muscle formation. Milk protein gets absorbed better than cereal protein (e.g. Wheat, barley/malt) as it is more bio-available based on "PDCAAS" and "Biological Value" and helps accelerate growth in children.

Can be made with water or milk.
Take 2 heaped tablespoons (approx. 33g) in a cup
Add a little warm water/milk. Stir till smooth and creamy.
Fill up with warm water or milk. All sugar to taste.

On opening this pack, transfer into a suitable air-tight container. Keep the container closed after use.
Store in a cool dry place, away from strong odors.
Do not use if the pouch inside is damaged or open.
