Always begin by washing your hands thoroughly with a mild soap and drying them with a lint-free towel.
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and check that it is not inside out; the edges should form a straight bowl shape. Some lenses have a '123' indicator for verification.
Gently hold your upper eyelid open with one hand and pull down your lower eyelid with a finger from the other hand.
Look straight ahead or upwards and place the lens gently on your eye.
Slowly release your eyelids and blink a few times to allow the lens to settle into place.
ACUVUE® Contact Lenses are available by prescription only and should be used as directed by your eye care professional. Do not wear lenses if you have an eye infection, experience discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness; remove the lens and consult your practitioner immediately. These are single-use daily disposable lenses and should be discarded after one day of wear; do not reuse them.
