Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup cocoa powder

½ cup powdered sugar

Method

In a double boiler, melt butter over medium heat.

When the butter is completely melted, remove from heat and add cocoa powder, and powdered sugar and blend well until there are no clumps.

Pour this mixture into chocolate molds.

Allow it to set in the refrigerator for few hours to harden.

Take it out from the refrigerator and remove from the mold, your tasty chocolate is ready to be served.

Store it in the refrigerator.

Milk Chocolate

Ingredients

1 cup butter

½ cup powdered sugar

1 cup milk powder

A pinch of salt

Method

In a double boiler melt butter over medium heat.

When the butter is completely melted, remove from heat and add milk powder, salt and powdered sugar and give it a through mix until no clumps are formed.

Pour the white chocolate mixture into molds.

Allow it to set in the refrigerator until it sets.;

Take it out from the refrigerator and remove from the mold, your delicious chocolate is ready to be served.

Choco Nutty Delight

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup cocoa powder

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashew, pistachio chopped and toasted)

Method

In a double boiler, melt butter over medium heat.

When the butter is completely melted, remove from heat and add cocoa powder, and powdered sugar and blend well until there are no clumps.

Add the chopped nuts, vanilla extract and mix well.

Now pour the chocolate into desire shaped molds.

Allow it to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden.

Remove from the moulds.
