Water Therapy With Spices

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp coriander seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp fennel seeds

1 cup of water

Method:

Add all these seeds to water and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Drain the water and cool it down.

Apply this water on the face with a cotton ball frequently, at least 3 times in a day.

Let it dry.

How It Works:

These seeds have strong astringent properties and when the juice gets absorbed by the skin, it will retain moisture. This water also helps in opening skin pores and clean dead skin cells.

Sandalwood And Rose Water Mask:

Ingredients:

1/2 sandalwood powder

1 tsp rose water

Method:

Mix sandalwood powder and rose water into a smooth paste.

Wet your face and apply it like a face pack.

Let it dry and wash it with plain water.

How It Works:

Sandalwood paste exudes oil and when mixed with rose water, it cleans dry dead skin cells, giving an instant glow.

Banana And Honey Mask

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana pulp

1 tsp plain honey

Method:

Mix banana pulp and honey into a smooth paste.

Apply it evenly on the face, let it dry.

Wash with plain water.  

How It Works:

Banana is rich in vitamin A, E while honey is a powerhouse of antioxidants. These two ingredients when mixed not only hydrate the skin but also unclog pores and provide clear complexion.
