Sacubitril works as a blood pressure medicine lowering the blood pressure, whereas Valsartan prevents narrowing of blood vessels. The cumulative impact of the medication results in relaxing of blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily, which makes it easier for the heart to pump blood to the body.
